Shipping

Free US shipping on every order: standard shipping to any US address is free, with no minimum. We ship to US addresses only for now. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order ships.

Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items with electronic parts — timers, pedometers, and battery-powered or motorized equipment — can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items priced under $10 are final sale.

Changed your mind? Send it back unused, in its original packaging. The cost of the return label is taken off your refund; we refund the full price of the item once the return is received.

Damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered? Return shipping is free, and you choose a full refund or a replacement.

To start a return, email support@steadymove.co with your order number. We’ll reply with a return label and instructions. Please use only the label we send — a parcel sent to any other address can’t be processed.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement part or unit, or a full refund, at no cost to you.
