Handles, not a bare loop, which matters if gripping thin rubber is the part that stops you. Three resistances in the set, so you can start on the easy one and keep the others for later. Loops over a door handle or sits under your feet.
Handles rather than a bare loop: there is nothing to grip-strength your way into before you can use it, which matters with arthritic hands.

Eleven sewn loops, so you can hook a foot in and work along the strap one loop at a time instead of guessing. Useful for hamstrings and calves from a bed or a chair, and there is no hardware to dig in.
Why this one: The loops let you choose the reach instead of fighting for it: the safest way to stretch a leg without a second person.

Open-finger gloves, so you keep your grip and your fingertips while you wear them. Light compression across the hand and wrist, in a knit thin enough to keep on indoors. Two pairs, because one is always in the wash.
Why this one: Two pairs for the price of one, in four sizes, so one is on the hands while the other is washed. Fingerless, so nothing stops you picking things up.

Two weighted spheres that rotate in one hand. Keeping them moving is a fine-motor task rather than a strength one, which makes it something to do while you are thinking about something else.
Why this one: Rotating two balls in one palm trains the small finger muscles a squeeze ball never touches.
